1. Rush Delivery

If your order requires immediate attention, a $20.00 rush fee will be added. This ensures your order receives priority over non-rush deliveries.
Add a $20.00 RUSH SHIPMENT FEE to your order.

2. Shipping, Handling, and Packaging Information

The chosen shipping method (overnight, two-day, or ground) indicates the delivery time once the carrier receives the package. It does not guarantee order processing speed. Orders are handled in the sequence received. If you need priority handling, follow the rush delivery instructions. Shipping, handling, and packaging costs may vary. Incorrect addresses will incur additional charges.

4. Vintage Wine Purchases of 2014 and Older

Purchases of wines older than 2014 are accepted in “AS IS” condition. The industry standard for vintage wines gone bad is 4% to 7%. Corked wines may be ruined due to TCA (trichloro anisole). Our staff checks for TCA before shipping. Buyers of wines older than 10 years should check for TCA before opening. We do not accept returns of corked wine. 5. Wine Shipping Policy

To avoid heat or freeze damage, ship items from our controlled cellar via two-day or faster methods. Ground shipping is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages due to ground shipping delays.

7. Method of Payment

Orders paid by check or money order may receive a discount. Call 248-227-7131 and ask for Rich or Mark. Orders paid by check or money order will ship once the payment clears (7-10 days). NSF checks will incur a $35.00 fee.

8. Sales Tax

All orders originating from Michigan are subject to the state sales tax of 6.0%.

9. Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 21. Alcohol deliveries must be received by an adult of legal drinking age with proper ID, including international shipments.

10. Credit and Debit Payments

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize us to bill your credit/debit card according to your chosen purchase and billing amount.
