Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

Report any discrepancies or claims for damaged merchandise within two days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for consideration. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Refunds or exchanges on alcoholic beverages are not permitted, in accordance with Michigan state law. Shipping, handling, and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Vintage Wine Purchases of 10 Years and Older

We pride ourselves on maintaining a strong record of customer satisfaction. Please note that purchases of wines older than ten years are accepted on an “AS IS” basis. The industry standard for vintage wines going bad ranges from 4% to 7%. Corked wines may be compromised due to TCA (trichloroanisole). Our staff thoroughly checks for TCA before shipping. Buyers of wines older than ten years should also check for TCA before opening. We do not accept returns of corked wine. For any claims, please contact Mark at 248-227-7131 or email redwood630@gmail.com.

Wine Shipping Policy

To prevent heat or freeze damage, please choose two-day or faster shipping methods from our controlled cellar. Ground shipping is at your own risk, and we are not liable for damages resulting from shipping delays.
