Full-bodied, with flavors verging on dried raisin, and toast and jam character on the aftertaste.–1989 Bordeaux horizontal. Best after 2000. (JS) Dark ruby, with an intense bouquet of overripe cassis, this chewy, well-endowed, full-bodied wine is reminiscent of the excellent 1970.
