Description The mildness of 2010 produced an elegant Bordeaux style wine. This 2010 Jericho Cabernet has exceptional floral high notes of lilac, lavender, and graphite with the classic tobacco, espresso, and black plum you would expect from a Napa Cabernet. Our Jericho Canyon tannins were subdued but melded seamlessly with the vintages higher acidity. With its increased acidity and velvety texture, this Cabernet is unusually food friendly. While enjoyable now, the wine will age gracefully. Drink over the next two decades.
