The result is a bold full-bodied wine. The grapes are left to air dry further concentrating the flavors.
Corte del Sole Amarone della Valpolicella displays an intense and persistent bouquet with notes of cherry and dried plum, aromas of dried flowers and a hint of sweet spices. This elegant and full-bodied wine has a smooth and captivating flavor.
