The 1996 Cabernet Sauvignon offers spice box, cedar, black currants, and a touch of licorice and toasty wood. Medium to full-bodied, rich, and moderately tannic, it has closed down since last year, so 1-2 years of cellaring is recommended. It will age well for 10-15 years.
