Description
Sopranos Prosecco Extra Dry is made by Foss Marai, a Sparkling wine producer from Tuscany, Italy. Spumante is the Italian word for Sparkling wine and Prosecco is Spumantemade from the Prosecco grape. Spumante differs from Champagne in the second fermentation, in Spumante the second fermentation occurs in large vats. The bubbles are less intense and the yeasty, baking bread flavors that are prevalent in Champagne are subdued, Spumante tends to be more fruit forward. The alcohol content is 11.5 A light crystal clear golden yellow. The nose is grapefruit, apricots and sliced apples. Light tart citrus upfront, followed by smooth, creamy pear. The bubbles are soft and dont last long, which gives the Sopranos Prosecco a delicate character. Very clean and refreshing on the palate, Fine elegant bubbles with delicate aromas of flavors of acacia and apple. Buy now before it is all gone A beautiful aperitivo and great compliment for all delicate dishes and classy enough for after dinner. Dont let the defunct television show tie-in scare you away from the Sopranos Prosecco, its clean, somewhat elegant and tasty. I have not found it for sale anywhere in America. Rare Find buy it while it lasts Serving Tips We recommend serving champagnes chilled
